Christine Woollacott grew up in Prince Rupert, a small coastal town in Northern British Columbia. From a young age, she was interested in jewellery design and spent many a rainy afternoon bead weaving. In September 2003, she moved to Vancouver to pursue her education. After completing a Master of Science degree in botany at the University of British Columbia, Christine earned a diploma in Jewellery Art and Design from Vancouver Community College. She now owns a jewellery business called Turritella Designs in Toronto.
